This page contains important disclosures about Razor Lawyers and the nature of our services. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the disclaimers set forth below. If you have any questions, please contact us before submitting any personal information.
01

Not a Law Firm

Razor Lawyers is not a law firm and does not practice law. We do not employ attorneys, we do not provide legal representation, and nothing on this website or communicated by us in any form should be construed as legal advice. The name “Razor Lawyers” refers to our brand identity as an attorney matching platform and is not intended to imply that we are a law firm or that we provide legal services.

We are an online lead generation and attorney matching platform. Our sole function is to collect information from individuals seeking legal assistance and to connect them with licensed personal injury attorneys or legal referral networks that may be able to help.

02

No Attorney-Client Relationship

No attorney-client relationship is created between you and Razor Lawyers at any point, including when you submit our intake form, receive a confirmation message, or communicate with us in any way. An attorney-client relationship can only be established directly between you and a licensed attorney, typically through a signed engagement or retainer agreement.

Even if you are matched with and speak to an attorney through our platform, no attorney-client relationship exists until that attorney formally agrees to represent you and you agree to their representation.

03

No Legal Advice

All content published on razorlawyers.com—including but not limited to articles, blog posts, case descriptions, FAQs, example outcomes, and any communications from our team—is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts of each case, applicable state and local law, the skill and experience of the attorney, and many other factors that we are not in a position to evaluate. You should always consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before taking or refraining from any legal action.

04

No Guarantee of Results

Past results described or referenced on this website do not guarantee or predict similar outcomes in future cases. Every personal injury matter is unique. References to settlements, verdicts, or case outcomes are provided solely for illustrative purposes and are not a representation that the same or similar results can be achieved in your case.

We make no guarantee that:

05

Independent Attorneys

Attorneys and law firms that receive referrals through Razor Lawyers are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Razor Lawyers. We do not supervise, direct, endorse, or take responsibility for any attorney’s professional conduct, competence, licensing status, fee agreements, or the outcome of any legal matter they handle.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any attorney you choose to engage and for independently verifying their credentials, experience, and standing with the applicable state bar. You can verify an attorney’s license status through your state bar association’s public directory.

06

Testimonials & Case Results

Testimonials displayed on our website reflect the individual experiences of specific clients and are not necessarily representative of results that all or most clients may achieve. Testimonials are presented voluntarily and have not been independently verified by Razor Lawyers.

Case results, settlement figures, and verdict amounts referenced on this site are provided for informational purposes only. They are not promises of similar outcomes and should not form the basis of any decision to retain an attorney.

07

Statutes of Limitations

Personal injury claims are subject to strict filing deadlines known as statutes of limitations. These deadlines vary by state, by the type of injury or claim, and by the party being sued (for example, claims against government entities often have shorter deadlines).

Do not delay. If you believe you have a personal injury claim, you should consult a licensed attorney as soon as possible. Missing a statute of limitations deadline may permanently bar you from pursuing your claim, regardless of its merits. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice regarding your specific deadlines, and we cannot be held responsible for any missed filing deadline.
08

Advertising & Lead Generation Disclosure

Razor Lawyers is a paid advertising and lead generation service. Attorneys and law firms in our network may pay fees to receive referrals or leads generated through our platform. The fact that an attorney receives referrals from us should not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of that attorney’s qualifications or competence.

Our matching process is based on factors including case type, geographic location, and attorney availability—not on an independent assessment of attorney quality. We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence before retaining any attorney.

09

Geographic Limitations

Our services are intended for residents of the United States. Attorney availability varies significantly by state and region. Not all practice areas are available in all locations, and we cannot guarantee that a matching attorney will be available for every inquiry we receive.

Laws governing personal injury claims differ significantly from state to state. An attorney licensed in one state may not be authorized to practice law in another state. Always confirm that any attorney you engage is licensed in the jurisdiction where your injury occurred or where your case will be filed.
